Our production process consists of four steps:
- Consulting: We start with a detailed consulting session to understand your requirements.
- Concept: We create a rough and detailed concept for your individual learning project.
- First training version: We develop the first version of your training - including text, design and technical implementation.
- Final version: After your feedback, we finalize the training and provide the finished version.
- How do we design learning journeys?
Our Learning journeys are individual, compact, didactic and multimedia-based. We combine different formats - for example explainer videos, Micro Nuggets, interactive elements, workshops and collaborative platforms - to create varied and motivating learning experiences.
- How does co-creation work?
We work in close coordination with you: From in-house production by you, content coaching and agile co-working to complete production by our team - you decide how much support you want. The result is always the optimal solution for your company.
- Which learning formats and methods are used?
We rely on a wide range of formats, including micro learning nuggets, Storytelling, Explanatory videos (e.g. talking head, real film), interactive learning journeys, serious games and virtual reality content. This allows us to select the right format for every target group and every learning objective
- Which technical standards are supported?
Our content is compatible with common standards such as SCORM and xAPI. This enables seamless integration into all standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) on the market. Responsive design for use on mobile devices is also a matter of course.
