Our structured consulting process typically comprises 5 steps: Personal preliminary meeting (1-1.5h) to clarify your goals, workshop part 1 (max. 4h) for status quo analysis and e-learning basics, workshop part 2 (max. 4h) to develop your individual e-learning strategy, a comprehensive workshop kit with working materials and optional long-term support during implementation.
