This is where it gets tricky: test engineers have to complete at least five training days a year - but only one of these may take place digitally. **This is a regulation that demands maximum efficiency, and the best must be made of this one digital day. GTÜ has recognized the changing times: face-to-face formats alone are no longer sufficient to qualify test engineers efficiently and sustainably.
The partnership
From Authoring Tool to AI Consulting
The collaboration began back in 2007. The initially modest Authoring Tool usage developed into a genuine innovation partnership. youknow always delivered customized solutions: from individual training templates to a specially developed API interface that elegantly bypassed conventional standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
An important milestone was the youknow workshop "Opportunities through the use of AI" - combined with the AI Authoring Tool "knowtion" Suddenly GTÜ was no longer just a user, but an AI pioneer in e-learning. The special feature: youknow shared its most valuable asset - an extensive collection of its own didactic prompts. GTÜ can use these flexibly and across systems, even in external AI tools.
There are many possible applications: Formulate precise learning objectives? Check. Turning PowerPoint deserts into interactive learning experiences? Done. GTÜ's traditional face-to-face events also benefit from the AI-supported concept. GTÜ is already thinking one step ahead: the youknow prompts serve as a blueprint for the development of its own prompts specializing in technical topics. The result? Even greater efficiency with the usual high quality standards.
